* Registration fee includes the regular membership fee for one year (US$ 150 Value). New Members may have to complete an IAMOT membership form

***Student Registration fee includes student membership dues for one year (US$ 75 Value). Students should complete IAMOT Student membership form and supply proof of full-time student status from the Institution to claim student rates.
****Registration fee does not include lunch, cocktail or dinner.

If you are an author/ presenter in the conference, you are allowed to participate in up to TWO papers. If you have more than TWO papers, one more co-author from each additional paper should be registered.

REGISTRATION FEE includes: one copy of the CD proceedings, all conference sessions, keynotes and plenary sessions, conference lunches, and the dinner banquet. Please note that in the event you choose to cancel/ withdraw, a non-refundable handling charge of US$ 150.00 will be deducted prior to issuing the refund. Refunds will only be issued until the registration deadline of March 15, 2016

In order for a paper to be published, the following requirements must be met:

  1. The Author/ Presenter must be registered and fully paid for.
  2. The paper must be presented by one of the authors at the conference.
  3. The final paper must be correctly formatted and submitted.
  4. Although participants can register on the day of the conference (with prior approval of IAMOT), please note that if authors wish for their papers to be included in the proceedings the registration process along with the payment procedure has to be completed by March 15, 2016

Cancellation Policy

  1. If cancellation occurred before the deadline of March 15, 2016, no processing fee will be assessed, hence full refund.
  2. If cancellation occurred after the closing of March 15, 2016, a processing charge of $150 will be assessed.
  3. No refund due to non attendance of the conference
